Land services,
run on AI agents.
Reviewed by landmen.

Authverta is a Houston-based land services firm for oil & gas. Our workflows are executed end-to-end by AI agents and signed off by experienced landmen. The result: faster turnarounds, fewer errors, lower fees — without compromising on the review that clients actually care about.

Three outcomes clients measure on day one.

#01 · SPEED
5×
faster turnaround

Projects shipped in days, not weeks.

Agents run retrieval, extraction, chain-building, and reporting in parallel across every tract. Timelines that used to wait on land now wait on something else.

#02 · QUALITY
0.errors
deterministic qc

Machine-precision checks before a human looks.

Every deliverable passes cross-validation against source documents. Landmen focus on edge cases and judgment — not hunting for transposed section numbers.

#03 · COST
−60%
vs. legacy fees

Priced to the new cost structure, not the old one.

Automation removes the hours that drive traditional billing. We pass the savings through — meaningfully below legacy land-services rates.

/02 architecture human-in-the-loop
// how it runs

AI-native, with humans where it counts.

AI-first doesn't mean AI-only. Agents handle the mechanical work — pulling documents, parsing instruments, reconciling legals, drafting reports. That's the stuff software beats humans on for speed and consistency.

Every output is then reviewed and signed off by a licensed landman with decades of oil & gas experience. Clients get the throughput of a platform with the accountability of a boutique firm.

/03 about company

New venture. Operators + engineers.

Authverta is a new project from several industry veterans who partnered with technologists to radically automate the workflows in the land services industry.

Our founders spent careers building title chains, running diligence, and curing defects across the major U.S. basins. They started Authverta because the tooling finally caught up to the ambition: the work that used to need a room full of abstractors now runs on a pipeline — and they knew exactly what to point it at.
